Presidential Petition Drive: We have
completed our Goal!!
We handed in 13,000 signatures on 1,911 petition forms to SOTS
(the Secretary of the State). This not counting what others
handed in via their own town clerks.
Thanks to LNC for their help, here are a few pictures of our
efforts:

A motley crew of petitioners lost in Durham; Jon, Kep and Illya
outside the 4-H fair on the town green.

Mike, John and Christina going over the budget.

Elizabeth getting a signature from an elector (voter) for our
petition.

Jeffrey doing the same in New Britain.

Here is Dan, one of our circulators, signing the back of his
petitions for the day.

A very tired Andy, the Justice of the Peace, Acknowledging the
signatures of a very tired Andy, the Circulator, at about 3 a.m.
Turn In Day:

Judy, the dutiful citizen, taking time out of her schedule to
meet us at SOTS to circulate the petition to herself, sign it, and
have it Acknowledged. Thus, this was the very last signature
collected, and submitted for our drive.

Patrick and Andy, making a last count before submission of
signatures.

Here you go, Pearl. Here are our petitions. I'm sorry
you had to see so many today.
